Program Officer
Lead our EPIC Girl Child Clubs across 8 schools. Coordinate with school head teachers and club matrons.
Diploma in Social Work, Education, or any related field. 3+ years experience in program management.
Girl Club Matrons
The Club Matron is the guardian and mentor of the girls’ club, ensuring it is a safe, disciplined, and empowering space. She provides guidance, supervises activities, and supports members’ personal and academic growth. Responsibilities - Supervise meetings and activities, maintaining discipline and order. - Mentor girls on education, life skills, and leadership. - Safeguard members’ welfare and link them to support services when needed. - Assist in planning workshops, events, and community projects. - Keep records of attendance, activities, and resources.
MSCE, Those with diploma's or degrees are encouraged to apply. - Must be between the age of 18-25 - Experience working with children. - Experience working with youth or in community development. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to balance authority with empathy. - Commitment to girls’ empowerment and protection
